What an awesome Indian Summer we’ve been having!  Today for our Nationality Day Dinner Special we’ll be having Chicken Basquaise…lightly floured and seared with paprika, ham and peppers, served with a creamy home fried potatoes and soup/salad.  If you can’t tell by the name, it’s French
